The Black Angels

The Black Angels are an American psychedelic rock band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2004, they're known for their dark, hypnotic sound that draws heavily from 1960s psychedelia, particularly The Velvet Underground (whose song 'The Black Angel's Death Song' inspired their name). Their music features droning guitars, vintage organs, and reverb-drenched vocals, creating a sound that's both retro and contemporary.
